    After several titles on the label of the french collective Stereotop, Antoine Hubineau releases three pieces from his work with modular synthesizer. Frisselis is a first way to take this instrument up in a studio setting following many concert experiences with it. It is a way to solidify a vocabylary composed with this machine and for it and to go beyond the recording immediacy.

    Antoine Hubineau develops here a purely electronic side, departing from his works in a more “academic” electroacoustic music context found on his self-released compilation Rubans. His thinking is now related to sound synthesis where he is using its specific features to invent a matter which plays with roughness, thickness in addition to all its radiance. A living form which existence is found in the waves brushing the surface of our eardrums.
